You will receive an in-depth guide to interpreting your assessment results that will help build a picture of your leadership Talents and how you can best develop these toward better performance. Your report will describe the actions you can take to both develop your Talents and manage any potential deficiencies or blind spots. The assessment has been rigorously tested for adverse impact by sex and race and has been found to be one of the fairest online assessments that is available.

Validity is measured against performance criteria and results of multiple validation studies have shown a strong, positive correlation of assessment results to leadership performance.

Two measures of reliability are considered. For internal assessment reliability, Cronbach’s Alpha is used with a current reliability score of 0.84. For external reliability, test - re-test measures are used and the precise %’s are reported in The Five Talents That Really Matter, chapter 3 page 59.
