  • How will I receive personalized feedback?
    Those who purchase Executive Status will book a 45-minute feedback session with Sarah Dalton, partner at Conchie, to receive personalized feedback about their profile and how best they can improve. Instructions on how to book this call will be included in your report, and we recommend you take time to digest your full report to get the most out of your scheduled time.
  • How do I know the assessment is fair?
    The assessment has been rigorously tested for adverse impact by sex and race and has been found to be one of the fairest online assessments that is available.
  • How do I know that the assessment is valid?
    Validity is measured against performance criteria and results of multiple validation studies have shown a strong, positive correlation of assessment results to leadership performance.
  • How do I know the assessment is reliable?
    Two measures of reliability are considered. For internal assessment reliability, Cronbach’s Alpha is used with a current reliability score of 0.84. For external reliability, test - re-test measures are used and the precise %’s are reported in The Five Talents That Really Matter, chapter 3 page 59.
  • Is the assessment offered in multiple languages?
    At this time, Conchie’s assessment is only offered in English. Please register for updates on this page and we will inform you of any future releases in other languages. If English is your second language, we recommend you complete the English version only if you are fully comfortable reading and thinking in English under some time pressure, and that your reading skills surpass a fourth-grade level.
  • Can I take the assessment if I am living outside of the United States?
    At this time, Conchie’s assessment is only offered to participants in the US and UK. Please register for updates on this page and we will inform you when the assessment is available to purchase in other countries.
  • How will you use my personal information?
    When you create your user account, you will be asked to disclose certain information that will help us understand the industry you work in and the nature of your educational attainment and technical expertise. We will also ask that you volunteer demographic details including your sex, race, and disability status. You can select ‘prefer not to say’ if there are any details you prefer not to disclose. This information aids in our ongoing research into The Five Talents That Really Matter and helps us ensure that we are offering a fair and valid assessment that shows no significant adverse impact against any protected group. We adhere to the highest ethical standards in our research and Conchie will never share or sell your personal information.
