BARRY CONCHIE

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Barry Conchie is Founder and President of Conchie Associates LLC. Previously he headed The Gallup Organization’s Global Leadership Research and Development business and served until 2013 as a Senior Scientist. Born and educated in the UK he has 35 years of experience in the areas of psychometric assessment, executive coaching, top-level succession planning, individual and team optimization, organizational effectiveness and strategic alignment.

Barry has consulted and partnered with leading global organizations and has been consistently ranked as one of the top 50 leadership thinkers in the world. He is a recognized expert in individual and team effectiveness. He has been involved in helping Boards select top performing CEO’s and has consulted with many top companies in the areas of executive selection and succession planning. He facilitates the formulation and alignment of strategy in some of the world’s leading companies.

Barry is the New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling co-author of Strengths-Based Leadership. He has appeared as author and contributor to magazines, newspapers, business journals and media programs throughout the world. Barry’s current research is in the science of decision making, heuristics and cognitive bias. He lives in Boulder, Colorado.

Sarah Dalton has worked extensively in developing processes and training teams across a variety of industries, and has managed complex operational logistics for a global company. Joining Conchie Associates in 2016, Sarah serves as Partner to Barry Conchie. Leaders and managers partner with Sarah to better understand the attitudes and behaviors that drive performance, and how to select for talent in the hiring process. She is an expert at training teams on interpreting talent assessments and using those insights to facilitate a superior candidate experience, greater confidence in hiring decisions, and world-class performance across all levels of an organization. Sarah is uniquely positioned to provide leaders and teams with the tools to evaluate their effectiveness and further develop their leadership strengths.

 

She is certified in conducting executive level talent assessments and regularly advises leaders on the dominant ways in which they can achieve success while raising critical questions to help them become more effective.

Sarah graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2011, and is pursuing her doctorate studies. When not at work, you can find her listening to podcasts, reading, or improving her core strength in a Pilates class.

 

Originally from San Francisco, California, she is currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

KEITH CONCHIE

EXECUTIVE ANALYST

Keith graduated from St, Paul’s College (Univ of Gloucester), Cheltenham, UK in 1978, as an expert in educational studies and development.

 

He has worked extensively as a professional educator and advisor in many roles and organizations across the UK.

 

He joined Conchie Associates as an Executive Analyst in 2014 and is responsible for conducting assessment evaluations for our global clients.

​

When not at work Keith enjoys golf and skiing. He is based in Nantwich, Cheshire, UK.

JASMIN LILLESVE

EXECUTIVE ANALYST

Jasmin graduated from the University of Oregon in 2015, Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a minor in Mathematics. Jasmin has worked extensively in eLearning and Graphic Design. She has worked with a number of companies to create learning content for topics ranging from executive leadership, human rights issues, automotive mechanics, to artificial intelligence.

 

Jasmin is certified in Psychometric Assessments Levels 1 and 2 (including personality) by the British Psychological Society. She joined Conchie Associates as an Executive Analyst in 2019, and is responsible for conducting assessment evaluations for our global clients.

​

When not working, Jasmin likes to get outside to board, bike, paddle, or run. She also enjoys making art, watching films, reading novels, traveling abroad and volunteering. Jasmin currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
