Born and educated in the UK, Barry has 35 years of experience in the areas of psychometric assessment, top-level succession planning, individual and team optimization, organizational effectiveness and strategic alignment.

 

Barry is the Founder and President of Conchie Associates LLC. Previously, he headed the Gallup Organization’s Global Leadership Research and Development business and served as Senior Scientist until 2013.

​

Barry is co-author of the #1 New York Times bestseller, Strengths Based Leadership: Great Leaders, Teams, and Why People Follow. He is frequently sought after to speak to large audiences about what studies in psychology and neuroscience tell us about the most effective leaders.
